Between you and me, my money is funny. Lately I haven’t really been buying a ton of beauty products. I know, I know. Who AM I? Between EB’s gymnastics costs, saving for upcoming travels and getting my financial life together, regular visits to Sephora (or the dot com) just aren’t happening as much as they used to. But what won’t change…is my ability to lust.
I mastered window shopping in high school and I’ve been bomb at it ever since. That said, while I likely won’t be able to invest in these goodies any time soon, they will happily reside on my never ending List of Splurges…
NARS Velvet Matte Foundation Stick ($45, sephora.com) – Okay, so technically I didn’t splurge on this since the wonderful people at NARS Cosmetics provided me with the press samples of these but girl, you need them in your life. My review of them are coming with trust me when I say these are pretty stellar. And the best part? They have darker shades! They could go a touch darker but I won’t complain.
AMOREPACIFIC Vintage Single Extract Essence ($145, sephora.com) – I am a sucker for a good Essence, y’all. I’ve been using the same one for monthsssss (I refuse to buy new products until my previous products are empty) but when it’s time, I’ve got my eyes on this essence. It’s a pretty penny so your girl will have to save her coins.
FRESH Sugar Lip Caramel Hydrating Balm ($18, sephora.com) – My lips have been a hot mess this entire summer. They’ve been SO dry! FRESH’s newest lip product needs to be in my life and never leave. And with a price that steep for a balm, I promise I would get my money’s worth. Until then, I’ll keep lusting.
FRESH Sugar Advanced Therapy Lip Treatment ($26, sephora.com) – Because I would looooove this for an overnight mask. I’ve heard nothing but great things about it and I think it would really help dump more moisturization in my lips.
FRESH Black Tea Firming Overnight Mask ($92, sephora.com) – I know, I know. It’s obvious I’ve got a FRESH thing goin’ on. Can you tell? How luscious does this overnight mask look? I’m a big lover of overnight face masks (currently using one that I loooove!) but I want to give this baby a whirl.
SUNDAY RILEY Power Couple Duo: Total Transformation Kit ($85, sephora.com) – I’ve been staring at SUNDAY RILEY products for yearsssss. Because of the cost, I have yet to take the jump but until then, This Power Couple Duo will be a permanent resident on my list of Beauty Thangs To Buy.
PEACE OUT Acne Healing Dots ($19, sephora.com) – How genius are these? They just make SO much sense. I don’t get too many pimples these days but when I do, I want them gone immediately. I would keep these in my bathroom, purse, car…everywhere!
